Introduction:

CTC is actively seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Advisor to enhance our cybersecurity measures as we prepare to submit a strategic RFP. This role is critical for designing robust security frameworks and ensuring the highest standards of risk management. If you possess a strong background in IT security and are skilled in developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, we invite you to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement best-practice cybersecurity guidelines, strategies, and technological solutions to protect organizational data and infrastructure.
  • Conduct thorough risk analysis and management to identify vulnerabilities, assess threats, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Lead projects within the cybersecurity domain, ensuring that all security measures align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and revision of IT security policies and procedural documents, enhancing the security posture of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the project owner to ensure the integration of security practices in all phases of project planning and execution.
  • Provide expert advice and consultancy on complex cybersecurity mandates, drawing on extensive experience in similar roles within comparable organizations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and briefings on security status, risks, and recommendations for enhancing protection measures.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT security, with a proven track record of handling similar mandates in companies of similar size.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, cybersecurity analysis, and the use of methodologies and tools related to IT security.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively preparing and presenting complex security reports and briefings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with current cybersecurity technologies and trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and complex security issues in a dynamic environment.
