Introduction:
CTC is actively seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team as we engage in a critical RFP project. This role is crucial for analyzing and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive successful outcomes. If you possess a deep understanding of business analysis and are adept at developing strategic solutions, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and define detailed business requirements and processes alongside the project owner, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Facilitate workshops and lead process design sessions to gather insights and drive consensus across business and IT stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive business cases that justify the profitability and ROI of proposed changes and implementations.
Employ robust documentation techniques to produce clear and effective business requirement specifications.
Participate in feasibility studies, contribute to the development of best-practice guidelines, and assist in the implementation and rollout of solutions.
Map business processes, perform markup, and act as a liaison between business sectors and IT specialists to ensure cohesive project execution.
Utilize modeling and documentation standards, techniques, and tools such as UML and BPMN to maintain high standards of clarity and usability.
Manage change effectively, utilizing strong communication and change management skills to support project goals and adjustments.
Requirements:
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business analysis, preferably in companies of similar size and complexity.
Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in all Microsoft 365 tools and a thorough understanding of business modeling and documentation standards.
Demonstrated ability in workshop facilitation, with outstanding communication and writing skills.
Proven track record of improving business processes and creating efficiencies that lead to measurable benefits.
