Description

We are seeking one or two Intermediate-Level User Support Technicians specialized in programming to provide support to CNESST’s User Support Center (DCSU) in Québec City.

📍 Location:

• Primary work location: 1600 avenue D’Estimauville, Québec, QC

• Hybrid model: Minimum 2 days per week on site; remote work permitted with prior approval under certain conditions.

🧰 Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in iterative planning and effort estimation for programming tasks;

• Coordinate priorities with project managers;

• Develop, maintain, and evolve internal tools and IT solutions for DCSU;

• Conduct quality assurance and document programming and test results;

• Deliver reliable solutions aligned with CNESST requirements;

• Provide general user support and perform other related IT support tasks.

✅ Required Profile:

• College diploma in a field related to Information Technology;

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT field;

• At least 3 years of programming experience, including 1 year using:

  • VBScript

  • .NET

  • PowerShell

📅 Duration:

• 18-month engagement starting June 9, 2025, until December 8, 2026

• Estimated 330 person-days (130 in 2025, 200 in 2026)
