Ability to oversee the running of applications and determine enhancements. Ability and experience developing SOPs. Occasionally utilizes independent judgement and consults with senior peers. Responsible for architecting systems across a broad range of IT environments, including the target environment. Designs and develops IT architecture (integrated process, applications, data and technology) solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards; Takes responsibility for technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications; Develops specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings; Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Typically receives general direction from IT tier C or higher.

Desired skills and experience

Demonstrated experience (10+ years) in Technology with multiple application development life cycles and systems integration experience including design, development, and delivery of Technical/IT solutions and playing a key role in decision-making.

7+ years in an Solution or Enterprise Architect role leading implementation of large-scale projects.

Solid understanding of Cloud Technology and Architecture including Networking and containerization technology (Docker, Kubernetes).

Direct experience (at-least one project cycle) in leading successful implementation of Cloud Migration Projects/ Program needed.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Architecture Experience (2 years+) is a required. GCP certification highly desired.

Experience with Integration technologies/ Platforms (KAFKA, Mulesoft, Tibco etc.) and Integration design patterns (Micro Services, SOA, Message transformation, Pub/Sub) is a plus.

Ability to define and deliver highly complex enterprise-grade solutions according to plan with the appropriate timeline and resources.

Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Well-developed research, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies, where required.

Multitasking in high stress situations while ensuring that no details are missed.

Taking the initiative and working proactively with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the preparation and presentation of senior management packages and project business cases
