Overview:
Elections Quebec is seeking an experienced IT Technician to strengthen its Information Services Center (CSI) team. You will provide critical technical support for users, workstations, mobile devices, and telephony systems, particularly during periods of high activity linked to elections.
Responsibilities:

Manage user access (account creation, provisioning, and access rights) in Windows AD/Entra ID and Office 365.

Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams telephony (lines and call queues).

Support users on Office 365 applications (2016+ versions).

Assist level 1 support teams with complex technical cases involving workstations and applications.

Assemble, configure, and verify quality of workstation setups and "equipment kits" for electoral districts.

Perform remote user support and use ticketing systems efficiently.

Install, uninstall, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware (including peripherals and printers).
Requirements:

DEC in IT and at least 2 years of experience in IT environments of similar size or technologies;
OR DEP in IT Support (or similar) and at least 6 years of experience in IT environments of similar size or technologies. -
Minimum 4 years' IT experience in environments comparable to Elections Quebec.

At least 2 years’ experience with:

At least 4 years of experience in a technical support center with hands-on remote support, ticketing systems, software installation, and workstation setup.

Completed two (2) mandates of at least 100 person-days each in the last 3 years, for different clients or different administrative units.

Access management in Windows AD/Entra ID (2012 or newer) and O365 tools.

Office 365 (2016+) application support.

Microsoft Teams telephony management (queues, call handling).

Mobile device management (recent iPhones/iPads).

Workstation management (Windows 10+, MECM/SCCM/Intune).
