• Flexible hourly rate

• Bilingualism: French and English required

• Remote work: Hybrid required - 1 to 2 days/week in the office. Please ensure that candidates are available to come into the office.

Must have skills for this position:

• Experience Process analysis and process definition:

1. Who knows ITSM and SDLC.

2. Technical experience in process documentation (white papers, workflows, swimlanes, etc.).

3. Minimal understanding of Cloud and technical terms related to infra and app development

4. Expertise with Agile is not necessary, but some knowledge of Project Management will be an asset.

5. Will need to have impact and influence on various stakeholders.

• Experience in a financial institution will be an asset.

• Team context: There is currently a PM in training + an intern who will start in summer 2024 (beginning of May).

Mandate

• Facilitate committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenarios/problems

• Analyze (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate results to stakeholders

• Analyze, document and prioritize different types of requirements and business needs

• Identify, analyze and document current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate target processes using recognized modeling techniques

• Develop communication deliverables to support a common understanding of the issues and promote stakeholder mobilization

• Actively participate in defining test strategies and scenarios, and participate in testing with the project team.
