Introduction:
CTC is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence / Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team as we prepare to bid on an exciting RFP. This role is essential in enhancing our data management capabilities and driving innovation through intelligent solutions. If you have a strong background in AI and BI technologies and are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advanced business intelligence solutions using tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
Support artificial intelligence initiatives, utilizing tools such as Copilot© to enhance automation and data-driven decision-making.
Conduct thorough business process analysis and develop strategies to optimize operations through intelligent data solutions.
Engage in data modeling, ETL solution development, and management to ensure robust and scalable data architectures.
Recommend and implement AI, BI, and data management solutions to improve reporting, dashboarding, data accessibility, and overall innovation.
Utilize SQL queries and multidimensional expressions (MDX) to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
Maintain and manage tools such as PowerBI, FME ETL software, Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop, and SQL Server.
Requirements:
Diploma of college studies or university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions and supporting artificial intelligence tools.
Proven expertise in SQL, MDX, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Extensive experience with BI and AI tools, including PowerBI, Tableau Desktop and Server, and familiarity with Copilot©.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recommend and implement data-driven solutions effectively.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in an understandable and actionable manner.
