Temp-to-perm: Temporary contract 6 months
Bilingualism: French mandatory, English basic
Remote work: Yes, but the consultant may be required to travel to the office for team meetings.
The role consists of :
Be a project manager on initiatives related to the Employee Experience area. You will be responsible for defining, developing and applying IT and business project management best practices. While working collaboratively with colleagues, you will ensure sound prioritization of activities based on relevant criteria that will ensure delivery of projects within scope, quality, timeline and cost requirements.
On a daily basis you will :
Ensure project planning in a multi-team delivery context
Be responsible for one or more IT and business sub-initiatives
Ensure a rigorous budget follow-up and reporting
Develop a strong understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and components of the initiative
Create and communicate follow-up reports adapted to the different audiences, complete and demonstrating a high quality and control of the information
Facilitate Agile ceremonies as needed
5 years experience in project management
Experience in the banking industry is desirable
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to both executives and delivery teams
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
Versatile and comfortable team player
Versatile and flexible in assigned tasks
Enjoy the analytical field
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (JIRA)
