Introduction: CTC is on the lookout for an experienced Server and Storage Infrastructure Analyst to join our team as we prepare to submit a proposal for a significant RFP. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated server and storage solutions that are critical to the success of our project. If you are a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure, we encourage you to apply and help shape innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and handover of advanced server and storage solutions as well as office automation systems.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from opportunity study, design, and preliminary architecture to drafting technical specifications, detailed architecture, proof of concept, testing, and production launch.
  • Work closely with the project owner to define project scopes, estimate costs, and produce detailed schedules.
  • Supervise IT Support Technicians, ensuring adherence to established work methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across technical and operational domains, enhancing productivity, safety, user service, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and manage multi-site high availability systems and Microsoft authentication and networking services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and DNS/DHCP services.
  • Utilize expertise in virtual and cloud environments like Nutanix, VMWare, Azure, and SharePoint Online, as well as storage and backup solutions such as SAN, NAS, TSM, and VEEAM.
  • Stay abreast of new technology trends and maintain proficiency in a wide range of management and monitoring tools.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong command of server and storage solution architecture and design.
  • Proficiency in virtual and cloud environments, converged and hyperconverged server infrastructure, and storage and backup solutions.
  • Recognized certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, VCP, or CCA may be required depending on project specifics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams, with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with project stakeholders to define and coordinate delivery activities.
