Business Analyst for Cybersecurity Initiatives Delivery Team
Deliver strategic projects while evolving the way things are done.
The client's Cybersecurity group is leading several major evolutions of GIA services.
Your role
Master the technological ecosystem and understand the interrelationships;
Understand and document current processes;
Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision making and deliverables.
Carry out various analyses (context, issues, impacts, functional, non-functional and informational, processes, business rules) to produce a diagnosis of the gaps between the current situation and the target situation.
Understand business issues, identify stakeholder needs, propose and implement IT strategies and solutions, taking into account the varied nature of the issues, in order to support project completion;
Link business needs with technology requirements to ensure effective integration with GIA services;
Identify and document information on stakeholders and their needs (issues to be resolved, technical requirements, business processes, data flows, etc.);
Ensure delivery of analyses and documents related to smooth operational change management for stakeholders and delivery team;
Prerequisites
Key competencies: Critical thinking, problem solving, autonomy, proactivity, high collaboration skills, learning agility.
Industry-related university degree and several years' relevant experience
Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management and continuous improvement
Proficiency in business process methodology: modeling, BPMN, etc.
Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) an asset
Understanding of key identity management concepts in the context of Cybersecurity (Digital Identity Lifecycle, SSO, MFA, Authentication, Authorization, ...)
