Introduction: CTC is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable ITIL Process Expert to lead our IT service management strategies as part of our response to a significant RFP. This role is crucial for ensuring that our IT service management processes are aligned with the ITIL framework to enhance our competitive edge in the bid. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of ITIL processes across various projects, ensuring alignment with the ITIL framework.
  • Develop, implement, and refine IT service management guidelines and processes, including but not limited to user services, asset/configuration management, incident and problem management, and change and release management.
  • Work collaboratively with the project owner to manage and optimize IT services, developing operational transition deliverables such as support processes, SLA writing, documentation, and training materials.
  • Participate in preliminary analysis activities for the project, including market studies, Request for Information (RFIs), and writing RFPs.
  • Coordinate project and operational activities, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of IT service management practices.
  • Generate and analyze performance indicators to monitor and continuously improve IT service processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of ITSM tools such as Octopus© and Jira©, leveraging these tools to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in ITIL process evaluation and implementation.
  • Proficiency with the ITIL framework, with an ITIL Master certification highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with ITSM tools, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in Octopus© and Jira©.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and process optimization in IT service management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce detailed and accurate performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
