Here are the challenges and responsibilities that await you as a Scrum Master in the Cybercrimes Technology Delivery team:

Plan and orchestrate design, development and testing activities for regulatory applications.

Oversee and facilitate stakeholder activities and relationships.
-
Support the delivery team in sound project management (budgets, schedule, risks and issues, etc.).

Act as a "coach" to less experienced colleagues in the use of agile methodology and propose improvements that support project delivery.
More specifically, you will :

In collaboration with stakeholder PMs and DMs, align the planning of design, development and test activities of the teams under your supervision with overall project planning.

Standardize the delivery approach using collaboration tools.

Work in tandem with project POs and SMEs to manage priorities.

Attend project management meetings and act as a representative of his multidisciplinary team.

Provide status updates in various communication forums.
Ideal profile for this position:

Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 5-7 years of relevant experience

Experience in coordinating agile teams and knowledge of development methodologies (traditional, agile)

Knowledge of Jira + Atlassian suite, X-Ray, Easy BI, Power BI and MSOffice tools

Good understanding of data environments (warehouses, ETL, databases)

Ability to manage several files simultaneously and work under pressure

Demonstrated interpersonal and informal leadership skills

Rigor in the execution of tasks and communications

Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English.
