Introduction:

We are seeking a seasoned Network Administrator with a wealth of experience and a comprehensive skill set in network management to lead our technical efforts in response to an RFP. Key Responsibilities:
Design, install, and implement complex network solutions in line with the customer's specifications.
Manage all phases of network development projects from the opportunity study through to production launch and handover.
Develop and oversee detailed architectures, technical specifications, and testing protocols.
Collaborate closely with the project owner to define project scope, estimate costs, and produce detailed schedules.
Lead IT support technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in service delivery and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all network services and security requirements including but not limited to WiFi, DHCP, QoS, DMZ, firewalls, IDS, VOIP, VPN, MPLS, OSPF, Dot1X, NAC, ZTNA.
Utilize expertise in Cisco systems, Fortinet Firewall, Forti EMS, Zabbix, and N-Central products to enhance network operations.
Participate in ITIL-related change management processes as they pertain to networking tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least fifteen (15) years of experience in managing complex computer networks.
Advanced knowledge of IP network architecture, routing protocols, and network monitoring systems.
Professional certifications such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional) are highly desirable.
Proven ability to supervise and train staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively manage project deliverables.
