Join our dynamic team at CTC as we gear up to develop a winning proposal for an exciting new project! We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our RFP response team and contribute to securing this significant bid. If you are driven, detail-oriented, and ready to influence the success of strategic initiatives, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and automate reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of our upcoming project.

Conduct in-depth business process analysis to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Implement relational and dimensional modeling, ensuring robust database architecture.

Create and maintain comprehensive data warehouse operations.

Train and support super-users in effectively utilizing developed models and tools.

Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality data solutions within the RFP framework.

Requirements:

A diploma of college studies or university degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics, including the development of reports and dashboards.

Strong proficiency in SQL queries, Multidimensional Expressions (MDX), and ETL solution development.

Experienced with FME© ETL software, PowerBI©, Tableau Server©, Tableau Desktop©, and SQL Server©.

Demonstrated ability to understand and implement business process analysis and data modeling techniques.

Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to train and support users in complex systems.
