Your main challenges :

- Develop a strong understanding of the business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context and technology components of the initiative

- Produce test strategies and ensure the planning and overall integration of test activities within the framework of technology solution implementation projects in both a Waterfall and Agil model

- Supervise and assist the test team (onsite/offshore), coordinate the activities of the team members, act as a coach for the resources in the mastery of quality activities

- Monitor and control quality activities and ensure compliance with established policies, standards and procedures

- Propose and influence the definition and evolution of the team's practices and processes

- Participate in the implementation of automation tools for regression and functional tests in a DevOps context

- Recommend appropriate quality management tools

- Ensure the quality of deliverables and the respect of deadlines

- Monitor day-to-day quality activities including test development, test execution and bug management

- Participate in the creation and execution of test cases as needed

- Certify the compliance of the tests and the quality of the delivered solution and make recommendations on the deployment of the solution in production

- Participate in the development of automation and capacity performance strategies (CPR)

- Identify risks related to the quality activities implemented and propose mitigation plans

- Produce estimates for the implementation of quality activities

- Act as a quality management advisor to the stakeholders of the same project

- Represent the project in various governance forums with the various stakeholders

- Create and communicate monitoring reports that are tailored to the various audiences, are complete and demonstrate high quality and control of information

- Promote appropriate solutions and make recommendations to rectify any situation that may hinder the smooth running of projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience

- CSTE and/or CSQA, and/or ISTQB certification desirable

- Test management experience (5 years)

- Experience in Agile project management (2 years)

- Experience using tools such as Jira, Xray, Jenkins

- Experience in test automation

- Knowledge of QA best practices and testing practices

- Knowledge of DevOps development process and continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)

- Experience in development projects with a large number of technical integrations and interdependencies

- Knowledge of modern digital platform concepts, technologies and solutions (Microservices, APIs, Real-Time Data Feeds, Orchestration, Straight Through Processing, etc.) and their application in the context of customer data management

- Experience in the banking environment desirable

- Comfortable in Agile delivery mode

- Ability to make the links between the different stakeholders (Squad, other sectors of the BNC)

- Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise and accurate manner both verbally and in writing

- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills

- Versatile team player and comfortable managing multiple important files at once
