  • Responsible for providing 2nd level support of a web based application.
  • Work with the 1st level support team and interfacing with software provider for the resolution of technical issues.
  • Also ensuring business requirements are clearly identified, prioritize and document defects according to business processes and methodologies.
  • Key responsibilities include, analyzing, documenting, testing and validating business requirements, resolution of issues and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
  • Qualifications include:
  • Demonstrated business analysis experience;
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent;
